Jim Hodge

Pastor

Jim serves as the lead pastor at HCC where he is lovingly called “PJ". He is married to Sherri and together they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Jim studied at Bliss Business College, Boyce Bible College and Andersonville Theological Seminary. Other than his love for reading, he enjoys spending time with Sherri on their Trike motorcycle and has a passion for the game of golf. 

John Gott

Elder

John serves at HCC as an elder and as a bassist on the worship team. He served in the military in the U.S. Air Force and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for 10 years. John graduated from Saint Leo College and works with individuals with intellectual disabilities at BNI. He enjoys playing music, hiking, photography, and traveling with his wife, Cathy. Together they have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. 

Tom Osborn

Elder

Tom serves as an elder at HCC and operates a small construction business. He enjoys spending time with friends and family and has a passion for hunting and fishing with his 4 children and 13 grandchildren. 

Cathy Gott

Financial Assistant

Cathy serves as HCC’s Financial Assistant and also as a greeter and nursery worker. She has an Associates Degree in Business Administration - Accounting and is currently employed as a Payroll Specialist at Plastek Industries, Inc. She enjoys crafts and party planning, but her passion is traveling with her husband, John, with whom she shares 5 children and 7 grandchildren. 

Beth Hall

Administrative Assistant

Beth serves HCC as administrative assistant, having 40 years of related work experience. She has two children and two fur babies (cats). She has been married to Dave since July of 2023 and enjoys working with him on home projects, going to antique car shows, and traveling. She also enjoys crafting and spending quality time with family and friends.

Carrie Shaffer

Administrative Assistant

Carrie serves HCC as Administrative Assistant. She has been married to Drew since 2000 after they both graduated from John Brown University in Arkansas. Carrie, Principal at Community Country Day School, has been in the education field for over 20 years. She enjoys camping, visiting Colorado and Vienna, reading, and playing with their dog, Lucy.
